There is a lot of hard, heavy things going on.

Could use prayers, good thoughts, blessings, guidance; sent my direction and in the direction of others.

God knows what and where to direct.

This is an awful photo, but I love sharing bird moments with you.
It happened right at the back of RSPB Greylake yesterday, the birds were just dots to the naked eye, but the upside down bird with legs in the air is a Marsh Harrier & the other is a Peregrine that was mobbing it😁

How many have you read?

I’ve read 56.

Austen I’ve read more than once. She’s one of the only authors I will re-read.

It would be interesting to try to tackle all of the rest, and go re-read these at middle age vs school age.

Some are quite challenging and not all that approachable.😅

My ever helpful phone suggests I call my ex husband to wish him happy birthday…

While we are on a good terms and co-parent well, calling the man to wish him good tidings is a bridge too far.

😶😂

This is a male long-jawed orbweaver from the Ecuadorian cloud forest. Those spiral red things are his pedipalps, which he uses to transfer sperm to the female spider. It was interesting to observe, does he lock on like a light socket? Dunno, but nature sure can be weird.
