Yes I agree complete rubbish argument to equate language spoken with nationality. Americans speak English after all (well sort of). Most Cornish people speak English as their 1st language and only know a few words of Cornish. Many would fiercely identify as Cornish rather than English though.

This strategy is urgently needed. My instinct is to say that it should involve reintroduction of native top predator species (wolves) but I can see the obvious challenges that would bring with it.
