You can find some pretty horrific stuff that was being put out and amplified, aimed at neoliberal and centrist libs. Statements glorifying the rape of hostages, statements advocating for the displacement of all Jews from Israel. Stuff like that.

I'm also pretty sure, although I obviously can't prove it, that the Israeli response was intentionally drawn out and barbaric in an effort to stoke the divisions and achieve certain political outcomes throughout 2024, both in Israel and abroad.

Russia losing is not considered acceptable to the USA and the EU. Goes back to the period following the collapse of the Soviet Union. They would rather a weak but intact russia over a fractured state with nuclear material unaccounted for and a dramatically expanded China (that will seize the east)

We have every reason to believe that Zelensky has said he will accept the (bad) deal. He has said it before and each time russia has refused to sign on despite all deals offered having been super pro russia.
