Here it is. The #SquareFootGardening #book I got for xmas last year. Has really helped me #garden this past year.

I legit JUST posted (w permission) a pic from that SAME #art ist #Joan_de_Art last wake cycle to #Solarpunk. Here, I'll repost it bc I forgot to add alt text the 1st time. Only things to add would be a 911-button & cameras.
Commute in Comfort: Bus stops deserve dignity & seating. A city bus station at night, softly lit by street lights, fireflies, and a light inside the covered bus stop. At the left of the frame is a bus stop sign on a pole with basic info. The road in front of the bus stop in the bottom frame has a bike path snugged next to the curb. Painted on the sidewalk in front of the bus stop is a navigation compass. Facing the painted compass, perpendicular to the bus stop and the road, is an open-air bench with a little free library tucked behind it, held up on a post that goes into a small raised garden bed in a recycled car tire. The covered bus stop has a native plants rooftop garden, as well as a solar panel and a free wifi router. The bus stop has the regular back and sides walls (the left side wall is fully a lit bus map & schedule) with a seating bench against the back wall, however there is also a shorter front wall to the bus stop (which will keep the inside dryer) that leaves enough space on either side of it for wheelchair access. There is a 3rd bench on the outside of this wall that's open to the air. Inside the bus stop is also an oscillating corner ceiling fan and a free charging station. On the outside of the right wall of the bus stop is a raised gardn bed made of wood that has tomatos, peppers, and flowers (probably edible nasturtium flowers, by the looks of them). There's a sign in the garden bed reading "Community Garden". To the left of the bus stop there are disposal cans reading "recycling" and "compost only." Above them there is a sign that read "public restroom: 1 block: left arrow."

#Solarpunk #BusStation idea from u/joan_de_art of r/Solarpunk. Absolutely stunning work. The only things I would add are a security camera and a 911 button, and possibly some water collection & filtering for a possible water fountain or high-heat mister system.

Chart of Indeterminate Inflorescences (flower structures of more than 1 flower where the first flowers to open are at the base or periphery). Spike: a central stem with alternating & opposite flowers. Raceme, which has 3 types: Simple Alternating, where tiny alternating stems grow out & up from the main stem to end in flowers; Simple Opposite, where the flower stems emerge from the main 1 in opposite pairs; and Compound, where the flowers are @ the end of tertiary stems that emerge from a secondary stem that itself comes from the main stem. Panicle: side stems emerge alternating & split in the same manner into along each side stem with a flower @ each of the multiple ends. Thyrse: paired opposite side stems going up a main stem with flower bunches @ the ends of the side stems. Ament or Catkin: like a spike, but it hangs and grows downward. Spadix: a wide and elongated central column, around which the flower grow. Corymb, there are 2 types: Simple, where there are alternating stems of flowers emerging from the main 1 into a gentle dome; and Compound, where multiple flowers come from the same side stem. Umbel, there are 3 types: Simple Round, which is like dandelions; Simple Flat, which is like Queen Anne's Lace; and Compound (triple), where the main stem splits into multiple side stems, & each 1 has 3 Simple (Round) Umbels @ the end. Capitulum: multiple flowers growing from a terminal platform on the main stalk. Head: like a thistle flower. Determinate Inflorescences (flower structures of more than 1 flower where the first flowers to open are at the top or middle). Monochasium: a cyme (main stem with a flower @ the end) with only a single lateral branch with a flower @ the end. Bostryx: a helicoid cyme with branching on the same side, often leading it curl - each branching will have a terminal flower. Cincinnus: a scorpioid cyme with alternate branching in a spiral-like pattern. Rhipidium: a scorpioid cyme with alternate branching in a zig-zag pattern. Dichasium: a simple cyme in which the main axis divides into 2 lateral branches, as always, each with their own flower @ the end. Compound Dichasium: wherein the 2 lateral branches you would have on a regular Dichasium, each have their own lateral branches, which also have THEIR own lateral branchs as well, every branch ending in a flower. Determinate Thyrse: as if small compoumd dicasiums grew in multiple paired opposite branches, going up the main stem/axis.
