I had the exact same experience, characters were so well-written that I didn't really care if there weren't major decisions at the end.

This is why i keep giving things i don't like new opportunities every few years, i'm sure they will end up clicking with me if there is something to look forward. This time was a RTS, which is like my favorite game genre in the world.

I'm a really slow reader because every time i read a name or a place i look for it on the wikis to have a visual reference and some lore behind them, so 300 pages in two days is something i never really do, i'm so so so happy i'm finally enjoying this thing lol

I'm completely blind with this saga, never saw the show and last time i give up with it was with Catelyn arriving to kingslanding, like 200 pages in? I think it's a mix of my interest with the new strategy game they are developing and my desire to read more fantasy that made me enjoy it this time 😅

oh yeah, i saw the usual suspects attacking the game because of "woke", don't really care about their opinions ngl.
But i did read a lot of spiderman fans hating it because of the story and some of the decisions on characters, which really surprised me, guess i'll have to see by myself 😅

yeah that's pretty much what i expect, i don't really mind if the story is a bit bland, if they improved what was already perfect in the first one in terms of mechanics, i'm totally in.

it has its depth, don't take me wrong. But the whole game story is developed through pre-rendered cinematics so they are beautiful but very limited 🥲

I would say yes, but Visual Novels with choices usually have more depth than Dispatch 😭

I expected all the ending too so the story isn't groundbreaking anyway, but as i said before, just how charismatic all the characters are make the whole experience super enjoyable.
I really hope this become a big IP, i really want and need more of these characters and world.
