This is a really nice cocktail. An après ski gin sour, it tastes Last Word adjacent with a lovely hint of absinthe

Swiss Kiss

1 ½ ounces gin
½ ounce génépy
¾ ounce lemon juice
½ ounce simple syrup
1 dash Peychaud’s bitters
absinthe, to float
Garnish: mint sprig

St. Bruno’s Cure

1 oz gin, such as Hendrick's
1 oz yellow Chartreuse (or Strega)
2 dashes Angostura
4 oz apple cider
1 oz lemon juice
½ oz honey
6 black peppercorns

Add first 3 to warm mug; bring rest to boil. Combine, garnish with apple slice
