SCOTUS jurisprudence has devolved to nothing more nor less than Wilhoit conservatism: there must be in-groups whom the law protects but doesn’t bind alongside out-groups whom the law binds but doesn’t protect. The Roberts Court has been clearing a path to oligarchy since Citizens United in 2010.

SCOTUS jurisprudence has devolved to simple, blunt Wilhoit conservatism: there must be in-groups whom the law protects but doesn’t bind alongside out-groups whom the law binds but doesn’t protect. Citizens United, Shelby County, Trump v. US & more destined to live in infamy right next to Dred Scott.
