e.g., SCOTUS was designed for a pre-computer/web world. Corruption is magnified by the speed & precision of evil under surveillance capitalism. SCOTUS lacks mandate for responsiveness to high-speed, multi-prong violations. It's easily saturated & overwhelmed, rendering it a non-check on other power.

Sadly, I predicted this crisis on Twitter Oct 13, 2016 (before 2016 vote). TPM had cited USA Today on Trump's propensity for legal challenges. I expected the same with Constitutional challenges. Just as happened. Our system barely handles a few challenges a year, not thousands.
