E-bikes as rapid transit. There is a sweet spot, 8-14km from the city centre, where gaps in the mass rapid transit network and slow buses can be filled by e-bikes. Map = 45 minute e-bike travel time.

We say this a lot. A traffic plan is an inexpensive and fast way to harmonise all the modes, otherwise we’d have to put buses underground.
