The only good thing about the Habs losing an early Saturday game is I got to watch the Leafs blow a two-goal lead to lose to the Isles in OT. Lemons. Lemonade. Or something.

Every time the Habs play the Lightning it’s the same: slow start, then the Bolts just open the flood gates.

It wasn’t the best workout - forgot to eat something and brought too much baggage into the gym - but that’s one 4 week block complete.

That feeling when you measure the chain on your @surlybikes Steamroller and realize it’s worn, take your bike into the shop because you realize your bottom bracket is too and your homies @explorevelo.ca know exactly which chain is the right one for your bike. 👊💪👌🙏🚲
