When I worked in EMS in the 90s, an insurance company denied payment for ambulance transport for a man we resuscitated from cardiac arrest. Their denial said "ambulance transport wasn't medically necessary." The man survived his heart attack. I guess the company would've preferred a hearse.

A whiskey vending machine of sorts was featured at a London exhibition in 1960, but they weren't popular in office buildings around that time.
