I'm guessing habit? I would think (because I'm not researching rn) that plays at home plate are most often tag outs and not force outs.

NO. You take THAT back! I'm a 4th generation Dodgers fan, and the Yankees were the first ANYTHING I hated, starting at the age of 4. This was a fantastic post-season, and an insane World Series. I hate that one team had to lose.
