And it's only stating a part of the problem. If prices stayed the same as last year then you'd expect to pay less if buying 25% less. But the switched out name brands for store brand. The bottom line, everything costs more this year. Walmart & Trump are attempting sleight of hand

A great question, one we should all be asking. My answer: they're likely NOT currently serving in either house. Don't even think of looking for them there! Demand new leadership now! Vote every election including primaries. Get fresh blood in there.

Housing costs haven't risen bc mortgages were too short so there's no reason to believe this will help any of us. As long as those with $$ can outbid those of us trying to survive the problem remains. So yes, prices will go up!

But it ONLY works if the Ds have a plan and messaging! Start at the top. "Off with their heads!" New leadership immediately. Stop caving to this monstrosity of a party on the right. Primary everyone who's not looking forward! And we must never let any election pass without our full participation!

There is momentum NOW. Look at the last No Kings turn out. Look at last week's off-year election. This is who America is! We are not MAGA. We are the true patriots. Never forget it! Never cease seeking out inspiration. Never cease inspiring others!

Let them snap! 36% of eligible voters didn't participate last year. Just a small fraction of them joining will turn the tide. If the Ds have a good plan and messaging, gerrymandering will play to their benefit! A razor-thin margin is easily eroded when the party in power is DESPISED!
