Roasted pork shoulder taken to 95c so it can be pulled later on. Fat all seems to have rendered nicely

Made some chicken breasts in the air fryer they came out great. I used the Meatre thermometer to great effect as always

Down in the Bristol area for a couple days (on my off nights from work) and going later on to see family, we stopped at the “posh” services in Gloucester and it’s as good as I remember it being, i also always am reminded of @at0micandy.bsky.social when I pass here as he used to live this way.
