The first time I wore a cloth back to bed I woke up thinking I'd leaked because my pants were so damp. Changed and found out a couple of hours later when my pants were damp again that I wasn't leaking there's just that much moisture transference from the cloth backing..

To be clear, I do not mind smelling like piss at all. That's actually a benefit *for me* and part of why I can't understand the draw for others.

See I haven't noticed this benefit at all. The hotter it is the more the cloth diapers sweat, I smell like piss and my thighs feel like a jungle of humidity. That's all less in the winter but it still *is* I love the prints and Velcro but my thighs don't like that wetness.
