At least then we had a fair amount of debate and Congress voted a resolution to use force.

This time we got a few vague accusations of drug trafficking and they didn't bother to let any Senators know what was going to happen.

Ok but TBF Stephen Miller has very Hyena-like energy

I got a lot of problems with you people and your spectral light sources!

All that matters is that you can sell it to the next sucker for more

I like the personal touch you can only get from Hired Goons

I think part of it is that we lack the social cues we would normally get in person where we would know the context of an opinion based on the place and group in which it was presented. So you'll have people responding way too seriously to lighthearted opinions and vice versa.

The thing I like about this is that there's an interpretation that makes W. seem not that dumb actually.

He realized halfway through the sentence that he was going to say "shame on me" and that that would be a horrible sound bite so he redirected it into a typical Bushism instead.

I would prefer not to.

Great, quality journalism, instead of questions about why the White House is openly defying the courts and violating the Constitution

I guess that makes sense as the length and width mostly dictate the battery pack that be accommodated

And don't get me started about storage space... you can fit more in the trunk of a mid size sedan than you can in the back of many larger SUVs.

Ah, great to be back in the situation where trump's unhinged tweets cause massive instantaneous swings in the world's markets and political landscapes. Makes me nostalgic for 2018.

Everybody knows that 50 BC is exactly when most of the population of Rome was so happy with their material situation that they didn't care about non-hedonistic stuff like having kids or changing things politically.

Laughs are cheap, man. I'm going for gasps.

I think it's also that everyone is convinced that they're a master chef who needs the ability to rapidly vary the amount of heat going to the pan, even if they never really do. Like people buying pickup trucks just to commute, they like having the option even if they never really use it.

I imaging getting another 200A service from your utility was super easy, barely an inconvenience

I didn't realize 12 step programs are supposed to generate "systemic change"

This is in keeping with the Trump administration's strategy of causing maximum harm to American companies and America's reputation as a trading partner while collecting minimum actual tariff revenue.

I love how Lumon probably spent like $20k to custom fabricate a Tri desk just to rub Irving's dismissal in.

Given our country is now run by two people, I propose we go back to the old style Roman calendar. This is the year of the consulship of Trump and Musk

I'm guessing this is specific patents; like one of them says "lock", but probably it's a patent of a specific type of lock. Of course it also includes George Washington Carver and says peanut butter even though I don't think he actually invented it.
