Learning a little Finnish is already blowing my mind. The first syllable of EVERY word is stressed. Amazing!

Exercise is still manageable. I was able to push myself enough that all my major muscle groups are slightly sore today. It's been 2.5 months of careful ramping up and seems to be working!

A couple months ago, some new meds improved my chronic fatigue symptoms. I've been gently testing my limits since, and yesterday was the first time I've been able to do (very minor) exercise that actually pushed me to (very minor) soreness. My obliques are twinging! It's been almost 5 years!
