Deffo learned the hard way about cauliflower when it comes to FODMAP why is all the good veg the devil? 😭

I’m usually pretty careful diet wise, not specifically FODMAP when I’m not flaring but when I do, I’m gluten free, dairy free, nothing hard to digest etc. I’m definitely going to ask about Humira. I had an op to remove some damage a while back and haven’t flared since so they just left me untreated🫠
