I have some "fun" litigation coming up in about a week where the City wants to defend its "right" to demolish the homes of the poor on property it does not own without a court order.

Our client, the South African Guild of Actors' (SAGA) application for exemption from the Competition Commission has been granted. This is a significant step forward to enable actors to collectively bargain in the creative industries.

I suppose we will see more of these attempts going forward. This sort of thing is the reason why South African's should be interested in American politics. The US has an interest in the proliferation of this type of hate here.

I suppose we will see more of these attempts going forward. This sort of thing is the reason why South African's should be interested in American politics. The US has an interest in the proliferation of this type of hate here.

Looking at this past wonderfully difficult year I am in equal parts excited for next year and looking forward to a little break to recharge. Next year my firm is facing litigation on a myriad of topics ranging from corporate predation of the poor to child law and a trove in between.
