Yes! If anyone's bodily autonomy can be legislated away, then everyone's bodily autonomy can be legislated away. If any group of citizens can be designated as ineligible for the protections of the Constitution, then nobody is safe from losing those protections.

Is this table directly from the trump administration? Are they directing agencies to fill it out for every budget item? Obviously insane but still want to understand the supposed process they’re using.
