This feels more like how it used to be back when it would regularly rank at the top of international comparisons, but I bet there's still a lot of work to do to fix all the damage done over the last decade.

I got an appointment in less than 48 hours, was seen right on time, and my blood tests and follow-up were all in the system before I arrived back home. They also did a few extra checks and health information updates (blood pressure, etc) whilst I was there.
