second movie of the year was Aftersun, it's a good, not too long, movie that i highly recommend for anyone that has two hours to spare and just wants a movie that leaves you wondering after you watched it.

First movie of the year was Inglourious Basterds amazing movie with the most unpleasant villain I've ever seen on the big screen. Also a classic Quentin Tarantino where it seems disorganized but it all comes together in the end for a fantastic ending

it's funny that this is probably longer than i've come in any unity game. it's just more fun to work with lower level hardware and tools

implementing collisions and some basic physics is so fun because with some 200 lines of code i can have 20 rotated rectangles collide accurately according to their mass and velocity

Moving from a SDL based renderer to an SDL GPU one feels like the right move but going from having a basic game to two flipped player textures on screen feels soooo unproductive
