Generally speaking I believe that Habitat for Humanity has a right of first refusal on any of their builds. I suppose that might vary depending on the project but it seems to be the general rule according to their website.

Is now a good time to say that all videos are only a dollar at Thrive on Merivale Road? The proceeds go towards supporting the work of Big Brothers Big Sisters Ottawa . Really a win/win situation.
