I am skeptical about Witkoff too, but arent we jumping to conclusions too easily? Witkoff might have on purpose created the impression he is on the russian side, so they would become engaged in a peace process.

De vraag is voor mij ook wel of het niet gezond is dat we specialistische industrie hier houden en dat bulkgoed verplaatst wordt? We kunnen wel proberen alle "strategische" industrie hier te houden maar waar houdt "strategisch" op en begint "niet-strategisch"?

A gap of 9% is difficult to replace with voter fraud when being an eu member. He can try to, but next day his EU membership expires. And Hungary is only valuable to Russia because it is a Trojan horse inside the EU.

Election polls are however looking good. Orbans Fidesz party is trailing and the gap seems to be widening. However, a lot can still happen. Elections will be held april 2026.

De kalendergecorrigeerde productie van de Nederlandse industrie lag in september 2,1 procent hoger dan in september 2024.

This is sooo shortsighted and very obvious going to backfire at the US defence industry. Reliable deliveries are crucial. The US just told the world they cannot be relied upon.

Ukraine is going through a very difficult time but dont give up, because russia is in a hard place too. Ulrals crude oil prices are way lower then what russia needs!

Het valt me sowieso op dat zowel particilieren als bedrijven als overheden uitgaven en investeringen als 1 pot nat zien. Fout! Nederlanders zijn de uitvinders van het aandeel en de beurs. Daar hangt een bordje boven de deur: "de kost gaat voor de baat uit".
