We saw Wells, Elko and Winnemucca today, before arriving in Carson City. We saw where railroad workers connected our country, ranchers kept us fed and miners grew our nation’s treasury. Rural towns aren’t just pitstops along the highway, they’re the heartbeat of our economy.

Busy, productive day in DC today, meeting, listening, learning. One day, I plan to walk into this building not as a visitor but as the voice for Nevada’s 2nd District. Our kids, our families, our rural communities deserve someone who shows up, listens, and works for them.

Nana’s doing great we took her out to brunch today. She’s settled in, adjusted and is loving having a healthy social like again.
