I was very pleased to be a semi finalist, then a final but now — my tasteless, oddball rom-com, MOURNING AFTER, has been selected as the New York Script Awards, 2025 Winner - Best American Script. Gratitude!

Having time to be still and to listen...is essential for a creative professional. I value the opportunities I've had through supported artist residencies, to drift with awareness through my subject—the environment—while navigating the uncharted terrain of my subconscious. #artsky

Art...it's exhausting and energizing endeavor. Believe me, after installing my show—uneasyWONDER—at Lane Community College's Roger Hall Gallery, I slept well....
I'd envisioned that the work would tell a story but, as I'd never actually seen it as a whole, it was a bit of a gamble that paid off!

uneasyWONDER exhibiti--now through March 20 at Lane community College's Roger Hall Gallery. My artist talk was a blast--well attended, great questions...so much gratitude for the opportunity to share the work and the show's story of space! #artsky

When I arrived at PMRCAA, just outside of Sisters, I wasn’t greeted by the trope of a postcard-perfect Western landscape, but rather by acrid air and smoke-draped mountains — a study in desaturated hues and a reminder of the increasing impact of climate change on the land and us.
