I think we're still doing TERF, if only b/c it enrages them so, but also b/c, as one learns from @reproutopia.bsky.social, trans antagonism sadly does have a real and ongoing place in the history of feminism.

OFC, a subsequent question which may arise is that of what one does in a structurally two party system where *both* parties prove to be bad at governing (at least to the extent that they can't deliver material outcomes that forestall an anti-incumbent wave). Asking for Americans.

Yep. There's no chance there's not an existing grade dispute procedure that gives both instructor and students due process rights. Admin action circumventing that is in violation of those rights. Someone with resources should be coming to instructor's legal defense here.

Administrators who don't know how to ensure that established due process procedures are followed--or why they should do so--have no business continuing in that role, especially because all they are doing is creating a substantive basis for many, many more complaints of due process violation.
