If you could safely use headphones I definitely recommend trying it! Some of the meditations by Tamara Levitt are good but they’re not long (one about gratitude and the other is something about sleep rhythm).

Last year we went to see Sarah McLachlan’s Fumbling Toward Ecstasy 30th anniversary tour and it’s kinda been downhill from there 😭

I’ve been using this on Calm. I like the binaural ones. I find they help with my mind racing.

People have made block lists to identify scrapers and things like that. But it definitely probably happening. Haven’t seen much about that lately in my feed due to the fall of democracy. BlueSky is against it but I’m not sure they have the ability (yet) to prevent it (my own educated guess)
