there's a dead MMO where you can do this. Allods Online lets you have your player character be three little gremlins controlled simultaneously. if you play the engineer class, they all control the bazooka

I love how often open world events are popping off in GW2. Probably a very XIV-brained opinion but it makes the world feel so alive in comparison. Then you try to shoot a world boss at 12 fps as the game struggles to load everyone and you're like. Hell yeah. This is what video games are all about.

Probably the dumbest Borderlands 4 UI complaint, but to me the most baffling — In previous Borderlands games, when your friend joins your lobby, you can see their character lounging around in your start menu, clear as day. In 4, they get Mike Wazowski'd by the Friends panel.

Rummaging through the bulk box at the LGS. I genuinely don’t think Magic got any cooler than this. Badass rk post art. Simple abilities that still feel powerful. The game has moved on but I’m still so, so drawn to old cards like her.

Your active buffs are shunted into a corner. Past games had them at the bottom center. This is like a magic eye puzzle because objectively they are nearly the same size, but in practice BL4's feel so small in the heat of battle and I struggle to tell at a glance if my kill skills are active.

Since you can't "enter" an ammo vendor anymore, the default function of it has become "refill ammo". You can still enter a gun vendor, though, so this makes the "refill ammo" button different depending on what type of vendor you're using.

This might just be a bug, but your inventory auto-sorts by manufacturer. Probably the least useful metric. Not annoying on its own, but if you try to set it to anything useful - like "how much damage does the gun do?" - it doesn't save that for the next time you use the menu.

When you select a weapon slot that has a weapon equipped, hovering over a replacement weapon does not display the stats of the equipped weapon. You have to press the "compare" button to see the stats of the equipped weapon. Previous games showed stats without having to do this.

Quest rewards aren't placed in your inventory. You have to open the inventory page, select rewards, then select the rewards you want to receive. In this rewards screen, you can equip weapons, but there is no way to compare it to what you already have equipped.
