This is so true. It's deeply frustrating that instead of thoughtful, serious research into these technologies, it's just escalating, desperate attempts to find profit as justification for absurd levels of human and climate destruction.

What you’re actually looking to criticize is willful ignorance: the choice to be uneducated or uninformed or misinformed in order to fulfill a morally corrupt agenda.
*Choice* is the operative word. Because intelligence (whatever that is) can’t be chosen
