I don't need constant validation. I've learned being with myself at times is nice, a good refresher from the noise.

People turn to AI for answers to their health questions and relationships. We've become an isolated country, not interacting with each other. I mean, by text messages, emails, the whole internet, like I am doing now. That takes us away from who we really are. Balance is key.

If I make myself small to benefit someone's else's needs and wants; then I am not being who I truly am. I set boundaries, I don't hate them, but I don't give them my good energy, so they may suck me dry. Life is a balancing act and we learn through the obstacles. Clear the post line.

You don't have to go to church to be a spiritual person. You have to have a moral compass of compassion, love, forgiveness, mercy, and healing in your heart. This will lift your frequency vibration into the light. The light is what this country and planet need. Light covers the darkness.
