A decade ago I was up in the Arctic Circle filming, Kaamos, an art film about darkness. Kaamos is the annual period where the sun doesn't come over the horizon. Different times, hey, but still that time of year where your body craves sunlight. Seems a suitable image to start my journey here somehow.
