I meant to say “just as much fun”. But actually they were far more interesting. Nevermind.

There’s a lot to do and far more people than I anticipated for a small place! I decided to include the hamlets nearby as their people would be part of the same community, attending church, drinking in the same pubs etc. Possibly a tactical error but I am finding it interesting.

Well, you can keep going as long as your stencils last! Thin ones are a bit flimsy but are easier to cut.

It’s really fun adding ink with a bristly brush! Hopefully I can show you the end result later this week…

Here’s the Fieldfare pochoir update you’ve been waiting for. I cut a very fiddly stencil with lots of holes for black stripes and streaks. And it worked! I actually said “wow!” to myself.

The sun came out for a while today! And I got two more colours added to my Fieldfare pochoir.

Hang in there, it’s looking good!
