Spent 2+hours yesterday looking for my passport which I swore I left in my office desk drawer. Opened my desk drawer today to get something out and tucked back in the corner was my passport. Ghosts, perhaps? My poor eyesight? My stress manifesting? All of the above?

This spring has been tough but at least I realized that barrel pants are not for me.

I am completely devastated over the news of Rosemont College's merger into Villanova University. I have been at Rosemont since 2011.  This place is so incredibly special and loved, but of course, faces the immense challenges of small liberal arts colleges in higher education today.

In better news: books I am teaching and reading this week 📚

Such a hard line between wanted to keep up with the news/stay informed especially for my students but my gosh, this is so hard to take in.

I refuse to buy sports team merchandise for my kids so my 4yr old has been just been wearing a green shirt with a moth on it every time they have an Eagles spirit day but I guess it's working so "Go Moths!"

Still so cold but campus is still very pretty
