Women are given less opportunity than men. I worked for years as a commercial real estate appraiser. About 80 percent in the field were men. I used to hate that I was called a "woman appraiser" and the men were just appraisers. Women are held back just because of their gender from birth.

Automation has played a big part in the shift. Now we are just seeing the impact of AI on healthcare. They are using AI to assist now in healthcare but that is just training it to take over many tasks.
The whole idea of a 40 hour work week has to change.

From what I understand it is above the line; so, itemizing has no impact. A lot of people will get an above the line exemption.

It is an above the line deduction. If a person has taxable income they will be paying less in taxes on the tips that are exempt.
A single person working full time in California makes at least $16.50 an hour or $34,320 per year before tips. They are already in the 12% tax bracket before tips.

That is not correct. It is an above-the-line deduction that phases out if income is over $150,000 for a single person.
