We're steeped in such an affordability crisis that we need the NDP to be champions for the working class like they once were.

Could have done binding arbitration, could have done something with more finesse than a sledge hammer.

I used to volunteer for the federal NDP at the federal level, from 2004-2011. I still volunteer at the provincial level.

Federal NDP need to have a charismatic leader who can argue for the working class. Mulcair & Singh both couldn't connect with that base.

If this works out that would be impressive. I've had other issues, like ordering Air Canada back to work 72 hrs into their strike. Seemed like a rookie mistake that didn't work & hurt his relation to unions.

He was the least worst option.

And I'm in a solid blue riding in Calgary.

Carney also made an appearance at Vancouver pride, which Harper would never do.

I voted for liberals this election, but I'm not likely to again for a while.

Harper snuffed out the census, tied university grants to economic outputs, and wasn't friendly with the media. I think those are significant differences.

I wish Ireland had dumplings!

Good luck with the weather! Halifax always get a huge storm that time of year.

For sure. Sprawl is gross. I want more businesses and mixed use neighbourhoods, less bedroom communities.

I'm thinking particularly in school zones. We need better transit options for middle/high schools to de-incentify parents from pick up and clogging the streets.

I don't mind the rezoning bylaw, and am fine with densification IF we provide a quality transit experience. So many neighborhoods are too congested with narrow streets with parked cars on both sides of the street. We need to make transit appealing, efficient, and useful to more Calgarians. #calgary

Couldn't get through on 811 or online. Local pharmacy had adult COVID shot, not pediatric ones. I'm actually taking my child to Ontario and have booked appointments there. I can't believe I need medical tourism because the ucp is so negligent.

I really appreciate you posting on this platform. I'm looking forward to seeing how you advocate for more transit infrastructure to grow our city to 2 million.

I like your tie and scarf. I hope you have a strong approach to advocating for the city at the provincial level.

Dear all Canadian municipal governments, please switch the blue sky.

I have 16 Sims I've been raising from infants without cheats that live in a dorm style building broken into 8 units. I only want to play 2 at a time, but love the rental feature where they all use shared space.
