100% replanted forests were never managed, trees usually too close together, which results in weak root structures. A strong wind blows them down, leaving a mess that looks like pick-up sticks. No growth underneath as no sunlight, poor quality canopies above, useless habitat for wildlife.

It is meant to divide Donald Trump from Ukraine knowing that without a "peace" agreement, Trump will not be able to get his financial piece from Ukraine.
