Better than it used to be, but still not great. I had my daughter in 2004. I was as able to take 3 months off - unpaid. Husband had no parental leave and had to use vacation time.

This feels like the road to making formula illegal for most women which will force many out of their careers and back into the house cooking and cleaning and nursing babies. Just what those old white men want.
