I’ve been making an effort to bake more. I made 6 loaves of sourdough in the last 5 days. These 2 are going to our neighbors.

Hubby made pork shank for dinner. So good!!! And enough meat on the bone for 2 more meals. $6 per shank.

Really good. I used rye in place of whole wheat in my flour mixture. Love the texture, and it toasts beautifully. Hubby said it’s a winner. How was the soup?
