It doesn’t show me anything different from the others. It shows all of my coverage same as it does for medical and vision and the other sections, but when my provider looks me up they say my insurance company is showing me as having insurance, but every code they try says “no coverage”. 😑

Dear god. I wish I could put my fist through hold music. I need to figure out how to activate the stupid new iPhone feature where your phone will let you put it down and it will just ring when someone picks up finally and tell *them* wait while it connects them to you. 😂

This is the dumbest shit I have ever heard. They literally cannot tell me why my account when I log into the website gives me a breakdown of my dental benefits, same as it does for vision, prescription, mental health and medical… but their system says I don’t actually have insurance.
