"Middle to what? Middle to whom? You have to ask yourself", as many things, she said. For Nawal El Saadawi, “Middle East”, in geographical terms, doesn’t make any sense.

Uma pergunta maravilhosa para se fazer! Amei muito esse vídeo, que mulher maravilhosa.

Amazing, Lula!!! And Bolsonaro is arrested.
Just months ago, President Trump sent a letter to the Brazilian president, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, demanding that the authorities drop charges that Jair Bolsonaro had attempted a coup. Now, Trump has all but admitted defeat, Jack Nicas writes in a news analysis. nyti.ms/4irUaEA

That’s a missed opportunity for AI to announce that it wouldn’t accept any paper that had itself as an author.
This is what happened when AI acted as both author and reviewer - a study found AI peer-reviewers accepted fake AI-generated papers 4 out of 5 times. We need #PeerReview to be better, and human oversight is more vital than ever!

When his eyesight began to fail, Monet labeled paint tubes so he could choose colors by name rather than sight. 🎨

More and more, the composition happened in his mind rather than on the canvas.

“A tariff is protectionism— closing oneself off from the world. A cup of coffee is a reminder of how hard doing that actually is”.
Tariffs have rapidly increased the price of coffee—a drink with almost no nutritional value and lots of functional substitutes. Yet coffee may also be the one thing Americans can’t live without, @elcush.bsky.social writes:
The Drink That Americans Won’t Give Up Without a Fight
Coffee has almost no nutritional value and lots of substitutes. It’s also, apparently, too important to lose.
