Oh wow 😅 that’s a lot of samples! Most I’ve done is 50 preps a day! Yeah prob some kind of micro scale extraction with bead capture then - there’s some pretty detailed methods and figures in the SI of www.nature.com/articles/s43...

MP biomedicals spin kit for soil is what we’ve used - it’s not high throughput but seems to be consistently yielding good results (high quality) even for problematic soil / sediment. Would be interested to see the responses you get for making it fast!
