Visibility is one thing but drivers using phones are a scourge** that has to be tackled.
**also drivers making illegal manoeuvres, reckless overtaking, running red lights and speeding. All seen on my commute this morning.

Oh sorry I misunderstood
I thought it was in reference to writing novels (don’t know how I got that idea?)
But bbc can refer to Taoiseach and Tanaiste so why not Garda/Garda Siochana?
