Ok, you found me - the odd 🦆duck, the black sheep, the vocal independent who speaks her mind. I love 💫truth and the American way 🇺🇸 I’m not giving either up

I know US citizens who are of more melaninated appearance and carry their passport on them anytime they go out the door.
Yep
We are here people.

They’re ok with his ‘rocket diplomacy’?
Any one who ‘tests’ nukes is poisoning our planet

Internalized oppression, internalized racism are just degrees of dysfunction on the scale of self-hatred.
Internalized domination believes in social strata and goes to great lengths to prove it.
The facade he maintains makes it a thin wire he has to balance on. It’s why he freezes up on occasion.

Crazy indeed.
I believe he’s a product of ‘internalized domination’ which is part of socialization that privileges oppressing groups (who accept socially superior status as natural, sacrosanct, and faultless, and they believe privileges associated with their status are exclusive and truly justified)

We may need to push the timeline a bit. I don’t think the bunker-under-the-ballroom is finished yet

Missouri requires a civics test for high school graduation. This exam is similar to the U.S. citizenship test and used to be a required class. Now they just have to pass a multiple-choice test.
And yet they can’t get more than 55% of the population engaged enough to vote!
Testing doesn’t always work

Thank you. As a dyslexic person I didn’t stand a chance to catch it
December 7, 2025 at 10:12 PM
Yes!
I think it’s a distraction for Putin plowing through Ukraine.
Didn’t Putin and Maduro sign a “strategic partnership” in May?
He knows DonOld is easily distracted, and what fosters anti-American hate more than the assumption he can make regime change?

I have family that have made that final sacrifice.
I feel for you that you don’t know anyone who would go that distance.
It’s easy to fight for family.
Once in uniform we have to see more people in our family.
That was told to me by my uncle in the Highway Patrol.
A good man to have on your side.

I have a cousin who lives outside Eugene OR. From what I could tell, she had good neighbors who helped in winter time.
It’s got to start neighbor to neighbor.
This is where we have community organizing. Like that which brought out an uncommon candidate in Chicago.
Who knows where the next will be?
December 6, 2025 at 5:42 PM
Ah… there’s the difference.
I come from a military family. When not in uncle sam’s uniform we are many different kinds of 1st responders. Police, Firefighters, EMT’s and ambulance drivers.
All of us were throwing sandbags during the last flood. My community came together and didn’t wait for FEMA.

Then you may kno how they depend on all these “good-ol’-boys” for support.
The manipulation of markets has struck a nerve in some very red places.
Yes I agree that many more need to get involved, and I’ll never understand how many slept while corruption and greed took over… but here we are
December 6, 2025 at 5:24 PM
Typically, that’s worked before.
But don’t discount small-town America. I use a lot of other social media and the post that went farthest after Oct. NoKings was pics of small county courthouse where they were holding a protest followed by a “red-hat burning” in a controlled area.
December 6, 2025 at 5:12 PM
I’m out at every opportunity.
Even the small weekend gatherings.
So much all at once is meant to overwhelm us, but we gotta do what we can. Passing out leaflets with every box I pack for the local food bank, letting people know how to get involved… the time is coming.
More people are waking up
December 6, 2025 at 5:00 PM
Sad to say ur correct.
It’s not like Americans had much of a reputation abroad before DonOld. The stereotype of crass, belligerent, rude tourist is easily assumed American.
But there’s an entire culture of honest hard working stiffs that enable the rude rich a**es to travel.
We are not all the same!
December 6, 2025 at 4:50 PM
Obviously it’s not limited to just Americans to find narrow-minded, tribalistic thinkers that assume an entire society can be painted with a single stroke
December 6, 2025 at 3:27 AM
Or why wasn’t anyone keeping a lid on Kevin McCarthy after J-6th? Until he went to ‘console’ DonOld, there was an air of expectation that he’d lost all support.
He should have been arrested then.

Yep, looks like those too 👀

I have long endeavored to maintain operating in the black. To not owe a thing to anyone.
It’s not that I have decided to accept living in lack,
but ‘in the red’ is simply not done.

The Psychological and Emotional Benefits of Getting Outside
In "Prescribing Nature," Patricia Hasbach suggests adding nature as a partner in therapy by moving outdoors and inviting nature into the office setting.
