I've been DIY'ing for nearly three years now. And I've only just started the process of going through the official channels of transitioning and gender clinics. And it's just shitty HRT regimen after another.

The NHS also enforcing neurodiversity tests on children to completely enforce and lock down the younger generations gaining any access to HRT, like they can't make their own decisions.

It's mad how old the NHS's treatment of Trans people is.
