you should ask your neurologist if they recommend it, especially if you have the same seizures as me! it helps for the most part ✨ I can feel my seizures coming - so I use a magnet to stop them. It sends a pulse to my brain and “shocks” it. it sounds scary, but works. no pain at all!

I actually had the VNS surgery one year ago for my seizures. 🥹
