Perhaps its focus on blocks makes it more accurate? Just throwing that out there. But I know there can be a lag in what some tools "know", and maybe Telex avoids that issue?

I get the same thing with my internet and TV providers. I'd love for a company to stand out by not doing this.

Seems like all the big companies do this. You either negotiate or they keep jacking up the rate.
