It’s expensive both to sue and to defend.

Every prosecutor I’ve heard has the same track record of being wrong. Our legal system is on the verge of collapse due to Trump corruption and a bribed scotus ignoring legal precedent to please oligarchs. Outcome prediction becomes impossible when legal rulings can change moment to moment.

God, I am appalled at both the utter ignorance and lack of empathy of those young people. Little brainwashed Nazis in the making. Thank you Tim for trying to reason with the severely uneducated.

Yeah, I do. Don’t you?

That would be a gross insult to the enormous numbers of talented, intelligent and ethical gay people. He’s just a pedo conman who tries to grift people through lies and shocking, outrageous acts.

Garland was too slow in appointing Jack smith, I agree. But Roberts held onto smiths case for literally months before ruling which made trial impossible so close to an election. And, worse, he upended prevailing law and gave broad immunity to Trump. It’s 99 percent on Roberts.

One correction: republicans (the majority) in congress could stop this bullshit any time they want.
November 25, 2025 at 10:15 PM
All the fbi has to do is actually read what the law says. No interviews required. Of course, that would require ethics, integrity, and intelligence on the part of Kash Patel.
November 25, 2025 at 10:14 PM
Trump wasn’t tried before the election cuz scotus had already been bought. Roberts slow walked the Trump cases until it was too close to the election, and gave him immunity to boot. Thank Koch and the billionaires who bought Roberts, and passed citizens United law to let them bribe Congress.

Absolute proof he’s got dementia. He doesnt know what he’s says from one day to the next. Lol. (But well done, Mandani)
November 21, 2025 at 10:12 PM
This man is such a liar. Panicked, he’ll say anything to stay in power. Same for Josh Hawley. The only ones who tried to break the law are them.

Vance is owed and operated by Peter Thiel. Thiel has written openly about repealing women’s right to vote, and also curtailing voting rights for the poor or people of color too (I think).
November 21, 2025 at 1:29 AM
You’re right. Unfortunately nibbling is where these things usually start and end. We must keep pushing for more.
November 21, 2025 at 12:00 AM
I’ll have respect when he also demands the repeal of citizens United law. They make more on dark money bribes under that law than they make from illicit stock trades. He also might suggest they control Trump and the new crypto scams now occurring in Congress. This is just scraps thrown to peasants.
November 19, 2025 at 7:05 PM
He is definitely going to try that but I think there’s a way around him legally, and I don’t think the public outcry will let him get away with it. Fasten your seat belt.
November 18, 2025 at 6:35 AM
You’re probably right, though there may be legal requirements delimiting what actually qualifies as national security. I’m sure he’ll try, though. Laws be damned.

There are 3 terabytes of collected info at the fbi. Even if they scrubbed it, most of the original sources and financial records are still out there and traceable, I believe — just like the emails recently obtained from Epstein’s estate. Google can be subpoenaed too.
November 17, 2025 at 6:10 AM
You hit the nail on the head. We’re a long way from actually getting any files.
November 17, 2025 at 3:40 AM
And who may have died soon after too
November 14, 2025 at 2:01 AM
My god! How do fools like this get a show? Read some biology and psychology and learn why laws are written to protect children from decisions they are too young to make in a responsible and healthy way.
November 13, 2025 at 11:44 PM
Both can be true at the same time. Some people were blackmailed. Some people would do anything to “belong” to a group of rich and powerful.
November 13, 2025 at 1:46 PM
Federalized national guard, ie, under trumps control, does violate posse comitatus even if the governor goes along with Trump and asks Trump to send them. Why doesn’t the governor call them up himself?
November 11, 2025 at 8:23 PM
Agreed.👍
