Done Jury Service once on a minor fraud case.There definitely needs to be changes made to the process…it feels like such a waste of everyone’s time, mainly sitting in the Jury waiting room for hours and hours and hours…, but I’m torn as to how this could be done

My GP surgery is pretty good. No issues with getting an appointment or tel call via an online triage system (which you don’t have to use if it’s a struggle). Minor issues now and again with my prescription but I’d rate my surgery highly.
