What a great read! Metascience absolutely should be about identifying, examining and reducing all sources of bias in science.

Mine wasn't funded either and the reviews are a bit of a mix. Some were constructive but others clearly didn't read the details properly and gave mediocre scores. I have more scores than I have reviews too - a few reviews are missing. Very interested to see what trumped in the PDR process.

This is a nice visualisation of the conference. I was unable to get a ticket so have been following posts on BlueSky. Ideally somebody could do a detailed thematic analysis of the 23 vs 25 programs & participant characteristics to gauge direction & compare this with funded/published metascience.

If they renamed it "thinking-outside-of-the-box creativity superpower" then it would have more syllables but be much easier to remember
